Blind Game is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are current students or faculty of a participating university. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be terminated immediately. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (COPPA compliance).
Access requires a verified .edu email address issued by a participating institution. Use of another person's email, institutional credentials, or any fraudulent email to register is grounds for permanent ban and may constitute identity fraud.
Blind Game is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any university, college, or educational institution. Any university name or domain referenced is used solely to verify student enrollment and does not imply any institutional relationship. University trademarks and logos are property of their respective institutions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time without notice.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or game the matching system is prohibited.
Blind Game uses an algorithm to suggest compatible matches based on survey responses, hobbies, and schedule availability. We do not guarantee any particular match quality, outcome, or number of matches. Survey data is used solely for matching and is not sold to third parties.
All matches and communications are voluntary. You may block or report any user at any time. We reserve the right to remove any match or message that violates these Terms.
You agree not to:
Human trafficking and exploitation: Consistent with federal law (FOSTA-SESTA, 18 U.S.C. § 2421A), any use of Blind Game to facilitate sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual sexual activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.
Blind Game is an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230. We are not the publisher or speaker of content created by users. We are not liable for user-generated content, including but not limited to messages, profile information, or any other material submitted by users. We may (but are not obligated to) review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms.
By submitting content to the platform, you grant Blind Game a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of the service.
Your safety matters to us. If you feel unsafe, use the in-app report function or contact us at [email protected]. For emergencies, always contact local law enforcement (911) or campus security first — we are not a crisis service.
We review all reports and reserve the right to suspend or ban any user found to be engaging in threatening, harassing, or illegal behavior. However, we cannot guarantee that all reported content will be reviewed immediately, and we are not liable for harm resulting from another user's actions.
Consistent with Title IX obligations to the extent applicable, we take reports of sexual misconduct, harassment, and discrimination seriously and cooperate with institutional investigations when required by law.
Your use of Blind Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MATCHES WILL BE COMPATIBLE, SAFE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY RELIANCE ON MATCHES OR COMMUNICATIONS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN-PERSON MEETINGS WITH MATCHES ARE UNDERTAKEN AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS MEET IN PUBLIC PLACES, TELL A FRIEND WHERE YOU ARE GOING, AND TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLIND GAME AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR HARM RESULTING FROM INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be submitted to informal negotiation by contacting us at [email protected]. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.
You waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Blind Game.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the email address on file.
